Routine Maintenance

In order to ensure constantly safe and reliable operation of the platform where the services are offered, routine maintenance operations are scheduled on a monthly basis. These are operations aimed at guaranteeing high availability of the service and minimising potential risks, which may impair security of the infrastructure. You can stay up-to-date with routine maintenance operations directly via your Dashboard after accessing with the relative User ID and password. If routine maintenance activities are scheduled, a warning will appear in the "Useful information" box, specifying the general information on the maintenance period concerned. Simply click on the link in the box for more details and the exact date of maintenance on your server. Alternatively, you can display the details by clicking on the name of your server in the right-hand menu, and then the button "Continue" in the box "Routine Maintenance" displayed in the area "Support Procedures".   Routine maintenance operations are always carried out at night time to minimise potential impact or disservices on individual servers.
