Starting Outlook 2010

Configure your Mailbox Exchange on Outlook by following these simple steps.

The information necessary for the configuration is as follows:
1) Email address
1) Exchange Server Name
2) User name
3) Password
4) URL in Exchange Proxy Settings

All of the parameters indicated above were sent in the initial communication you received from us confirming the activation of your Mailbox Exchange.

We would like to remind you that you can view the correct configuration parameters relevant to each Exchange Mailbox you activate in the management page of the address associated to your domain found in your Control panel.

These are the simple steps to configure your exchange mailbox account:

1) Enter your control panel » Click on 'Mail'

2) Click on 'Email Accounts'

3) Click on 'New'

4) Check Box 'Manually Configure Server settings or additional server types' and click on 'Next'

5) Select 'Microsoft Exchange or compatible service' and click on 'Next'

6) Enter the name of the Microsoft Exchange server and your User Name (or Alias or User ID) and click on 'More Settings'

7) On the following page, go to the 'Connection' section

8) Check box 'Connect to my Exchange Mailbox using http' and click on button below

9) Type in the URL Exchange Proxy Server and select OK.

10) Click on 'Check name'

11) On the next page you will already find the user name field completed. Enter your password

12) Clicking on OK you will see the following screenshot

13) Confirm the information you find already completed by clicking on 'Next'

14) Click on 'Finish' to complete the configuration

Congratulations! Your Mailbox Exchange is now configured on Microsoft Outlook 2010!
