Outlook 2003 settings
Open Outlook2003 and select "Tools" from the main menu

On "Tools" click on "Email account"

Select "Add a new existing email account" then click on "Next"

Select the right Server type: POP3

Now insert the name you want as sender of your emails and your complete email address. Add pop.domain.ext in the “Incoming mail” box and authsmtp.domain.ext in the “Outgoing mail” box. Insert the password, select “Remember password”, then click on "Next"
