Macaly AI Terms and Conditions

The Macaly AI service is provided by our group company, LANGTAIL.COM s.r.o.. This service is accepted in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Register.it and relates to the sale and provision of the services. In conjunction with these terms, you also agree to Macaly AI’s Terms and Conditions (“Macaly AI Terms”), which are available at https://www.macaly.com/terms-of-service.



Definitions

In this Schedule:


  • 1. “Service(s)” means the Macaly AI services provided and available for purchase from us, as listed on the Register.it product page: register.it/vibe-coding-tool. The Services offered by us may vary from the products specified in the Macaly AI Terms.

  • 2. Purchasing the Service
    To purchase the Service, you can order from our website, log into your Control Panel or contact our sales team at https://www.register.it/company/contattaci.html. We require payment in advance for the Service or any renewal of the Service, unless you are using a free version of the Service.

  • 3. Initial Service support will be provided by us. You can request support through your Control Panel or by contacting us at https://www.register.it/company/contattaci.html.

  • 4. On termination for any reason, we will cease providing the Services and data relating to files created within the Macaly AI software (the “Service Data”) will be deleted within 15 days.

  • 5. Agreement
    • 1. In no event and under no circumstances shall we be held liable for, including without limitation, any claim, liability, damage, third-party claim, cost, expense (including attorneys’ fees), penalty or issue arising from, or in connection with, the purchase or implementation of the Services on the User’s websites.

    • 2. If there is any conflict between the Macaly AI Terms and this https://www.register.it/company/legal/ods-vibe-coding-tool/?lang=en, the https://www.register.it/company/legal/ods-vibe-coding-tool/?lang=en will take precedence.

    • 3. Credits relating to the Service (“Credits”) can be purchased in line with the plan acquired. Unused Credits will expire after 60 months.

    • 4. Any data relating to files created within the Macaly AI software will be hosted in Czechia and handled in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.

  • 6. Applicable Law and dispute resolution

    • 1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the aforementioned contractual terms and conditions of Macaly AI, any dispute in any way arising out of or in connection with this Schedule, including those relating to its validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, termination, as well as any amendments and enforcement acts thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Italy.
